WW - Cancellation Policy

Our procedures for cancellation are as follows:

  • If Westfield schools are cancelled on Wednesday, then Wednesday Warriors will not meet that night.
  • If Westfield schools issue an early release due to weather on a Wednesday night, then Wednesday Warriors will not meet that night.

                                       

We realize that conditions could worsen after school and before club.  If conditions warrant, cancellation information will be posted on the web-site, via e-mail sent to all the parents, and if possible, it will be posted on Channel 13.
