If you are having problems downloading or using these documents, you can register using the online application.
This link will allow you to sign up online without having to download anything. After clicking the link you must choose the secure form option. You will need to fill it out once for each child that you wish to enroll, and you will still need to complete and return an Emergency Release form for each child.
Still having problems?
Hard copies of each form can be obtained at the Welcome Center in the foyer, or from the church office.
